Counts reset at midnight. Stood-up rises when a break starts, not when you snooze or skip it. Reset today clears the counts made on this device.

How to read it

One tap for pain, one for sleep, one for movement. Do it at the same time each evening. After two weeks the Trends tab shows whether days with more stand-ups and a walk come with lower pain the next morning.

Dumbbell Dojo keeps its own workout log on its page, so tick “Dumbbells” here on the days you trained. That is the one thing this page cannot read on its own.

Pain is a feeling, so score it against yourself, not a chart: 0 is nothing, 5 is nagging but you can work, 10 is the worst it has ever been.
